The Executive Committee of Disciples Peace Fellowship consists of twelve elected members plus our Director of Mission Support & the Peace Intern Program and a Global Ministries Liaison.

Members of the Executive Committee have a demonstrated passion for peace and strong convictions opposing war and violence. Executive Committee Members serve in rotating, four-year terms, beginning and ending with General Assemblies.  They are elected by members and friends of Disciples Peace Fellowship at our General Assembly DPF Breakfast. After two consecutive terms are served, a time of sabbatical is encouraged.

Because DPF is an almost-entirely volunteer-run organization, the Executive Committee is a working board, and each member contributes their time and skills.Executive Committee Members give their time, expertise and energy to one or more of DPF’s special projects each year.  These include designing resources, assisting with the website, planning events, leading workshops, serving on the fundraising committee, working with Peace Interns, and many other sorts of activities.
